Refund policy

At WeaveON, we put our heart into delivering quality and value-packed apparel. As a newly launched desi brand, we currently do not offer open returns, but we do accept returns in the rare case of damage or manufacturing defect — under specific conditions.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 1 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • The product is damaged or defective.
    • You can provide:
      • Clear photographs showing the issue.
      • A video of the unboxing recorded at the time you opened the package.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The video was taken after the product was opened.
  • There is no unboxing video available.
  • Damage appears to be intentional or caused by misuse.
  • The product has been used or worn.

Important Note

If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we are unable to verify the issue, WeaveON will not be liable for any refunds or replacements for such products.

How to Request a Return?

  • Email us at support@weaveon.in within 1 days of delivery.
  • Include:
    • Your Order Number
    • Return Reason (brief description)
    • Supporting Photos and the Unboxing Video
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with next steps — if the return request meets our criteria.
